Flower Challenge

I challenge my SBS-27 sisters to make a flower card, since it snowed here in Maryland last night, and I'm really getting tired of the cold winter wind. If you want to play, make a spring-inspired card with flowers. They can be stamped flowers, flower embellishments, flower paper, or anything else with flowers.

My card is below. It uses Pocket Silhouettes and Short and Sweet stamp sets, both from Stampin Up. The paper is Blush from Basic Grey (love that line). My card is based on this card I saw on Peg's blog and loved.

This challenge isn't for blog candy (sorry). I just wanted to inspire us to get our group going. Can't wait to see what people make. Hope you're having a great weekend.

What a sweet card, Kelly!!! Love that paper line too (of course!) and your dots over your circles are a great touch!!! ;-)
Wish I could send some of our sunshine your way - it's supposed to hit 90 here tomorrow! YIKES - a bit early, even for the desert SW -- For us, once 90 hits it only gets hotter from there on through mid-October!!!)

Are you getting ready for all the snow we're supposed to be getting tonight into tomorrow? Yikes!

I like you card better than mine. I need to use brighter colors. Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. We just finished having -35 C weather here so I know what you mean about flowers. I can not wait for spring. Bring it on, Please.
